Hello - I have a protected sheet that has some slicers on it that I'd like to be enabled even though the rest of the sheet is locked down. I've stumbled across the Slicer.Locked property for Excel and am wondering if this could work but I'm not sure what the proper syntax is and where I should set this? Any help would be appreciated. Select the pivot table and choose Insert Slicer, pick the field and click OK. 3. Press Ctrl+X. 4. Switch to the sheet where you want the slicer and press Ctrl+V. 5. Stop the recorder. Delete the slicer and test the code.
However in a nutshell, I suspect that I would use vba to extract the rows containing the data I wanted to a different sheet in my workbook, or a different part of the same sheet. Then I would have the chart ranges point to that same extract area.

Notice you can refer to multiple cells using a colon ( : ) like “A1:C3” or using a comma ( , ) like “A3, B2, C1”. Just remember to put the range reference inside double quotes.
